Withdraw from contract

If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you can use this form to withdraw from your Jepex subscription contract. We confirm receipt by email and refund eligible amounts to your original payment method. See Terms of Service §6. To cancel a renewal instead (keeping access until the end of the paid period), use Account → Manage subscription.
