Withdraw from contract

If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you can use this form to withdraw from your Jepex subscription contract. We confirm receipt by email and refund eligible amounts to your original payment method — see Terms of Service §6. To cancel a renewal instead (keeping access until the end of the paid period), use Account → Manage subscription.
